SAFVA TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About Safva

Safva sells products online. When you buy from Safva, you agree to these terms.

2. How to Contact Us

If you have any questions or problems, email us. We will reply within 48 hours.

3. How to Order and Pay

  • You choose a product and place an order
  • You pay using Google Pay to our UPI ID: mbnazkimb@okicici
  • Once we receive your payment, your order is confirmed
  • We will send you a confirmation message

4. Delivery

  • We will process and ship your order within 3 to 5 business days
  • Delivery time depends on your location (usually 5 to 10 business days after shipping)
  • You are responsible if you give us the wrong address
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or weather

5. Returns and Refunds

  • You can return unused products within 30 days
  • Email us at supportsafva.com with your order details and reason for return
  • Once approved, send the product back to us in original condition
  • We will refund your payment within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned product
  • Refunds are sent to the same UPI or Google Pay account you used to pay

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized products

7. Product Information

  • All product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible
  • We are not responsible if a product looks slightly different in real life
  • Prices can change without notice

8. Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your payment method secure
  • Do not share your UPI ID or banking details with anyone
  • You must not use our service for illegal purposes

9. What We Are Not Responsible For

  • Lost or stolen packages after courier handover
  • Damage caused during shipping (unless caused by us)
  • Issues with your internet or device
  • Third party websites or services

10. Changes to These Terms

We can change these terms anytime. We will notify you by email if there are major changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
