Return & Refund Policy

At Safva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at supportsafva.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable)

Please do not send items back without first receiving return approval. Unapproved returns may not be processed.


3. Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: Safva will cover the return shipping cost in full.
  • Change of mind / other reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Safva is not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective items or incorrect orders at no additional cost. For size or style exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at supportsafva.com
